This seems to be a Special Christmas episode of “Coffee Melody”. English subtitles are supplied by the producers, and are provided here embedded in the .mkv file. If you need them separately, just demux them with the appropriate Matroska utility program. The episode runs a bit under 33 minutes.
This is following on from the “Coffee Melody” Series, and is entitled “Pleng Ruk & Duan Yi”. It is labelled Part 1, so I assume that there will be a Part 2, perhaps with the other characters.⏬
